Noble Dry Red is made from the local Tintilla grape. Late harvested grapes are sun dried and the fermentation is stopped by fortification leaving a sweet wine. A little juice is reduced to a syrup and blended in before ageing.

Rich and hearty dry red muscadine wine holds a remarkably fruity aroma and flavor all while maintaining a smooth, dry finish. With so many muscadine wines being known for their high sweetness level, Noble Dry is a refreshing change from the everyday. Pairs beautifully with red meat meals.
